The story of Stüssa began on the beaches of the southern part of the third largest state in the USA, California. In the 80s and 90s, the surf-oriented environment greatly influenced the young Shawn Stüssy. He took the plunge and started his own surf and swimwear brand, Stüssy. Soon, however, he was literally in over his head. Clothing was added, more apparel was added, popularity grew... and the brand, step by step, seeped into the modern trends of the late 80s and early 90s. Punk, hip-hop and skateboarding. The popularity was huge! And the positive response from many innovative artists didn't take long either. They more than liked the brand's ideas and priorities and wanted to do their bit too. So they joined together in the legendary Stussy Tribe, which enabled the brand to be promoted at various events around the world.

Stüssy thus moved from the local music club scene to the main stage of the Streetwear concert hall, where it still performs to this day. The collections continue to sell out at an almost meteoric pace, the collaborations with leading artists continue and the hype continues unabated!
