About Superstar Sean Wotherspoon Superearth
Superstar just celebrated its 50th anniversary, making it the perfect silhouette for Sean Wotherspoon to also add his signature design touch. The theme of this collaboration was sustainability, given that Sean himself is a proud vegan. The Superstar Super Earth is considered a completely vegan-friendly sneaker built from upcycled fabrics. Sean Wotherspoon's design shows a multi-coloured embroidered floral print on each side, continuing the vibrant colours seen in the American fashion designer's previous collaborations. Other interesting features include paper laces, a cork insole and composite cushioning with a sock liner made from waste rubber.
